The residential units are split between 81 apartments at Meridian Wharf, located nearest the Marina, 87 apartments at Meridian Bay by the seafront, 18 of which are located in two separate towers and 123 apartments located in the landmark 29 storey tower at the start of Trawler Road.
The development is home to 7 Commercial premises 4 of which are currently occupied by:
- Meridian Quay Stores and café – Local convenience store and café/bar restaurant
- Dawson’s Estate agents - Local sales and lettings information
- Grape and Olive – Providing dining unrivalled views across the Marina and the sea from 10am to 12.30pm
